Award-winning author Bryan Cassiday writes thrillers and horror fiction. His apocalyptic thriller Horde won The American Fiction Award for Best Horror Novel 2021 and The Independent Press Award for Best Horror Novel 2022. He wrote the Chad Halverson zombie apocalypse series, which includes Zombie Maelstrom, Zombie Necropolis, Sanctuary in Steel, Kill Ratio, Poxland, Horde, and Cutthroat Express. He also wrote the Scott Brody PI mystery/thrillers Bolt and Threads and the spy thrillers The Kill Option and The Anaconda Complex. His Scott Brody thriller Threads won the Independent Press Award for Best Thriller Novel 2022 and the American Fiction Award for Best Mystery: Hardboiled Crime Thriller 2023.
